1. This section contains information on how www.laviasilente.it, owned by La Via Silente APS Association, is managed with regard to the processing of data of users of the site itself.
2. This notice also has value for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for entities interacting with www.laviasilente.it.
3. The information is provided only for www.laviasilente.it and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.

6 – Type of data processing
1. The processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller for purposes of providing information about the activity of www.laviasilente.it pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679, in accordance with the provisions of the same Regulation.
