Starting from Ortale Square, take Trail 314 of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, TAV.1 of the Park’s Trail Map, to reach Corleto Monforte (640 m a.s.l.), running alongside the Fiumara Corleto stream. After a brief stop to visit the historic center, take Trail 518 TAV.3 of the Park’s Trail Map, which initially runs along SP 12 to the Corleto cemetery, where you take a path on the left that leads to State Highway 166, and shortly after at the junction, begin the ascent that leads to the Monte Pruno Archaeological site (868 m a.s.l.). It continues, downhill, toward Roscigno Vecchia. Return to Sant’Angelo a Fasanella by own car.

Equip yourself with hiking shoes and clothing. Need to bring sunscreen and hat and rain cape if necessary. Reservation required three days in advance, equip yourself with 1.5 liters of water.
